ESCROW FEE#

Every purchase includes a 6% escrow fee on top of the seller's listed price, paid by the buyer. The fee is computed server-side in integer cents and shown clearly before you pay. On completion, the seller receives the full listed price and the fee is retained as Platform revenue.

Example: a listing priced at $500.00 costs the buyer $530.00 — the listed price plus the 6% escrow fee ($30.00). The seller receives $500.00 on completion.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS#

How much does Escrozon charge?

A 6% escrow fee on each purchase, paid by the buyer on top of the seller's listed price. There are no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no charge to register or to browse. The only other charge is a 3% fee when you move money out of your wallet.

Who pays the escrow fee, the buyer or the seller?

The buyer pays it. The seller receives their full listed price when the deal completes, so what you advertise is what you are paid. On the buyer's side the fee is calculated server-side and shown in full before payment, so the total you confirm is the total you are charged.

Why is my total higher than the price on the listing?

Because the 6% escrow fee is added on top of the seller's price. That fee is what pays for holding your money safely, running the dispute process and monitoring the deal — and it appears as its own line before you pay rather than being folded into the item price.

What does it cost to withdraw my earnings?

A 3% withdrawal fee. Money from completed sales lands in your Escrozon wallet, and that fee applies only when you move it out. Balance you keep in the wallet can be spent on the platform — a listing bump, a highlight, or a membership — with no withdrawal fee at all.

Are there any fees for sellers?

There is no selling fee and no listing fee, so sellers keep their full listed price. Everything a seller can spend money on is optional: promotional extras such as bumping or highlighting a listing, an annual membership for more active listings, and the 3% fee when withdrawing.
