The best listing answers the questions a buyer cannot settle from a subscriber count. Show what the audience actually reads, describe the posting history and state what will change hands.
Include current subscribers or members and typical views on recent posts. Disclose long inactive periods, paid or artificial growth and any change in topic.
State whether the public @username, linked discussion group, bots and content rights are included. If a username is separately collectible, explain its status clearly.

Start by adding the buyer as an admin of the channel.
