• Open a claim inside your protection window — once it closes, funds are released and the order is final.

• Chargebacks, resale of the same credential, or sharing it publicly ends your protection and can close your account.

Seller rules

• Only upload accounts you legally own and control. Stolen, phished or card-fraud accounts are permanently banned.
• Never re-sell, re-use or keep access to a credential after it is delivered.
• Hold replacement stock. A claim you cannot replace is refunded from your balance.
• Repeated claims reduce your ranking and can suspend your offers.

What is covered

An account that never worked, was dead on arrival, did not match the description, or was reclaimed by the original owner inside your protection window.

What is not covered

Accounts banned by the provider because of your own use, credentials you changed and then lost, claims opened after the window closed, or any deal arranged off Escrozon.
